Fees

Fee & other charges can be paid quarterly/annually. The fee must be paid on or before 10th of every month by cheque /cash. The name of those students who fail to deposit their fee by the last working day of the month will automatically be struck off the rolls. Such students can be perhaps re-admitted on the payment of re-admission charges, if the case permits; in case of a dishonoured cheque an additional fine of Rs. 100/- is levied on the fee. Fee concession is granted to financially weak and deserving students. Continuation of the concession depends upon the good conduct, satisfactory academic progress & regular attendance in the morning assembly in classes & school functions.

Fees Structure

Fee is charged quarterly. It must be paid on or before the 10 th of each quarter. The names of those students who do not pay fee by the last working day of the quarter, will be struck of the rolls but they can be readmitted on the payment of readmission charges, if the management permits.

Refund of security

Security deposits, shall be refundable after obtaining clearance at the beginning of the session provided, the student applies for refund of security along with the receipt with in one month from the date of leaving the institution.

Withdrawal

» At least one month notice should be given for withdrawal of a student or one months fee should be deposited in the lieu of that.

» No fee, in any case, will be adjusted against security deposit.

» If a parent does not apply for refund of the security deposit with in a period of two months of withdrawal of the student, the security deposit will be forfeited.

» In case a student stops coming to the school without intimation to the school authorities all the dues of the school are payable by the parent/guardian till such information is received by the school.

» A prolonged absence of six consecutive days will result in the removal of the name from rolls. Re-admission will be subject to the availability of seat and payment of admission fee and other dues.

The following categories of pupil may be required to withdraw from the school:

1. those who fail to show satisfactory progress.

2. Those whose behaviour in the opinion of the Principal is harmful in the interest of the school.

3. Those who don't abide by the fee rules.
